Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We sell original, sealed cosmetics and skincare items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to take back any product once delivered.

Please make sure you review your order before placing it. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll take care of this for you.
